CHINA: we are unable to ship to orders in China, but we have a local distributor that you can order from at digilent.com.cn
Digilent hardware, software programs and technical data may not be sold or exported or re-exported, either directly or indirectly, to the U.S. embargoed destinations or entities of Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan or Syria or to persons/entities on the Denied Persons List, Unverified List, Entity List, Specially Designated Nationals List and the Debarred List, without prior written authorization from the appropriate U.S. government departments (Commerce, State Department, Treasury). Customers in Russia may contact Digilent to review import options.
Third party software and accessories that are compatible with Digilent products may or may not be available in your country. You should confirm with the third party vendor prior to placing an order for Digilent products.
Orders placed on Digilent’s website are packed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of the order. Normal transit times are 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Digilent attempts to keep all items in stock. If for some reason an item is out of stock at the time you place an order, we will hold your entire order until the backordered item becomes available. If you want the in-stock portion of your order to ship sooner, please contact Digilent and provide your order reference number.
You will receive an order confirmation by email directly after placing your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation email following the shipment of your order. These confirmations will be sent to the email address you provided during account set up or during checkout as a guest.
All US packages require a signature upon delivery due to the value of our products and for our customer’s protection. Use the following link to set up an online account with FedEx Delivery Manager to request specific instructions: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html. The FedEx Delivery Manager will also allow you to electronically sign for your package if you won't be available to receive it.
Digilent closes on weekends and major holidays, please take this into account when placing your order and estimating delivery dates for your items. Click HERE to view the current closure schedule.
Digilent is not able to ship on customer designated shipping accounts. Due to carrier restrictions, Digilent is unable to ship to PO Box or APO addresses within the US.
Any and all import duties, fees and/or taxes associated with importing or receiving an order will be PAID BY THE CUSTOMER OR RECIPIENT. Unpaid fees will result in a failure to deliver the order. Digilent will not refund shipping charges because of unpaid fees.

Hardware products purchased from www.digilentinc.com may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping fees and duties), within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is a) returned with all accessories in the original packaging; b) free from any damage; and c) accompanied by the original invoice. Opened or used items being returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns or refunds for software purchased from Digilent.
To return your product:
Obtain an RMA Number: Customers must contact Digilent at email@example.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned to Digilent without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Merchandise precluded from or not discussed in the original RMA will not be accepted.
Return the Merchandise: The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise to Digilent. It is highly recommended that the shipment be insured for the value of the products and a tracking number obtained as Digilent is not liable for items lost or damaged during shipment. Shipments should include the RMA number on the outside of the box and be addressed to:

Merchandise listed on the RMA must be received by Digilent within 14 business days of the issuance of the RMA. Digilent reserves the right to refuse RMAs received after an inspection of the product. An RMA for a product that is found to be damaged, missing components, or defective will be voided. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the receipt of the merchandise.
Digilent products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. No other express or implied warranties are provided.
To request a warranty replacement due to a manufacturing defect with the product, you must first troubleshoot your problem with a Digilent support engineer by posting on our Technical Forum. If it is determined that your product qualifies for a warranty replacement your case will be sent to the Digilent RMA department. They will assign you a RMA number and send you a return service label to use in returning your defective product to Digilent. The defective product must be returned to Digilent in 14 days of receipt of the replacement. Failure to return the defective product according to these terms will result in you being billed for the replacement.
