PURCHASE ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Certain Prohibited Sources. With respect to the Goods provided under this Order, Seller warrants and agrees that it shall not provide nor use products, equipment, systems or services, that are produced by, or that use equipment, products, or parts produced by, Huawei Technologies Company, ZTE Corporation, Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Company, Dahua Technology Company, or any subsidiary or affiliate of such entities (“Prohibited Entities”). If Seller is providing Services, such Services shall not use any equipment, system or service that uses equipment or services produced or provided by a Prohibited Entity. If Seller discovers the use of equipment, services, products, or parts, produced or provided by a Prohibited Entity, Seller must report such information to Buyer within one (1) business day from the date of such discovery.
